III International Congress of Pediatric Ophthalmology
ABSTRACT SUBMISSION PLATFORM
GUIDELINES
The Congress is dedicated to presenting innovative and relevant projects in pediatric ophthalmology. We warmly invite you to take part in by submitting your free paper, poster, and/or video abstract.
1.
The Organizing Committee will oversee the submission process for papers, posters, and videos submitted in
each category.
Once submitted, the papers, posters and videos will be assigned to national and international reviewers, carefully selected by committee members. All evaluations will be conducted anonymously.
2.
The submission categories are: FREE PAPER, POSTER, and VIDEO.
A grading rubric is freely available for reference, which you can access here. We strongly recommend reviewing it to understand the criteria that will be used to evaluate your work. The evaluation rubrics are designed in a general format to allow for widespread use. However, as submissions may have slight structural variations, reviewers are prepared to apply these rubrics appropriately in each case.
** Please note that case reports must be submitted as poster abstracts.
3.
Handling of Patient Images.
To participate in the free paper, poster, and video sessions, it is essential to obtain prior consent for the use of patient images. The Congress assume no responsibility for images included in submitted papers, posters or videos. It is the authors’ responsibility to ensure compliance with all relevant ethical and legal standards.
4.

The title and abstract must be in the language of the presentation. If the paper will be presented in English, both the title and abstract should be in English. If it will be presented in Spanish, both should be in Spanish. If it will be presented in Portuguese, both should be in Portuguese.
